Jay Fajardo
Founder & CEO
Jay is a serial tech venture builder who has founded many startups over decades, and is an advocate of innovation from the grassroots.
He is also the Managing Director of LAUNCHGARAGE, one of the leading startup accelerators and ecosystem builders in the Philippines, and the founder of agile development firm PROUDCLOUD, deploying agile product development teams to startups, scaleups, and tech enabled enterprises.
Co-founding MEDIFI in 2014 and running it as CEO until 2024, Jay is considered to be one of the pioneer innovators and thought leaders in the Philippine digital health ecosystem.Jay also holds roles as advisor, co-founder, and mentor to many tech startups, and is considered to be one of the pioneers and shapers of the Philippine tech startup ecosystem.
In 2002, he founded Wi-Fi hotspot network Airborne Access, which was acquired by PLDT in 2008.
Jan Dipasupil, MD, MBA, DIBLM

Jan Paolo Dipasupil, MD, MBAH, DIBLM, is an Obesity and Lifestyle Medicine physician, researcher, and wellness speaker. He currently serves as a consultant at The Medical City (Pasig), Providence Hospital (Quezon City), Healthway Medical – Shangri-la Plaza (Mandaluyong), and Benguet Laboratories (Baguio).
He earned his BS in Nursing from Saint Louis University and his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. He completed Lifestyle Medicine training through the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and pursued further specialization in Obesity Medicine through Harvard Medical School, Empire Medical Training, and the Obesity Medicine Association. He also holds a SCOPE certificate from the World Obesity Federation, and completed his MBA in Health at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Dipasupil is a founding member and director of the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a founding member and vice president of the Philippine Digital Medicine Society. He is also an active member of The Obesity Society (USA) and the Philippine Association for the Study of Overweight and Obesity, and serves as a scientific board advisor to the DOST-FNRI InGeSt Genomic Project.
Iggy Javellana

Iggy is a marketing and growth leader with over 20 years of experience driving brand building, digital transformation, and customer engagement across healthcare, tech, and the startup ecosystem. Aside from BetterClinic, He also serves as Fractional CMO at JJED PHILS. INC. and Director of Marketing Strategy and Business Development at 14:59 Digital Solutions, Inc., where he leads end-to-end strategy and execution across content, paid media, creative production, SEO, and marketing automation.
Most recently, he has held leadership roles in marketing communications for QBO Innovation, IdeaSpace Ventures, SCALE NCR, and Philippine Startup Week 2024, where he helped drive national-level visibility and ecosystem engagement.
Previously, Iggy served as Business Development and Marketing Director (Consultant) at MEDIFI, contributing to the platform’s growth and leading partnerships, marketing operations, and product initiatives around payments and referral flows. He has also taught Digital Marketing and AI tools for marketing as a Specialist Instructor at CIIT College of Arts and Technology.
As an all-around creative and strategist, he is known for combining data-driven storytelling with hands-on execution, and for advocating practical, human-centered tech through his work and writing.
