You can delete your account directly from the app at any time.

Steps:

1. Open BetterClinic
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap Delete Profile
4. Confirm deletion

Your account and all associated data — including consultation recordings, AI-generated clinical documents, and practice settings — are permanently and immediately deleted.

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@betterclinic.ai with subject: "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days.

• All session and usage history

• Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
